Choose a pass from the Passes page, sign in or create an account, and add your attendee details. Available payment options appear at checkout. Your confirmed passes will be in My Passes.
Sign in to My Passes using the account you booked with. Each confirmed pass includes its ticket ID and QR code. You can also download a receipt there.
Return to Passes and use Resume order, or open your secure order status link. Your order status lets you check the payment and retry when available. Please check your order before creating another booking.
If offered at checkout, your secure order page provides the UPI payment details. Pay the amount shown, then submit your transaction reference and payment screenshot. Passes are issued after the event team confirms payment.
Booking changes and refunds are subject to the event’s published terms. Read the terms before purchasing and contact the event team about an existing order.
